Electrical Modeling, Coordination, and Clash Detection

Leveraging years of electrical design & project management experience in the AEC (Architectural, Engineering, and Construction) industry, we have the capability to provide Building Information Modeling (BIM) services for our clients. Utilizing the General Contractors BIM execution plan, we coordinate the requirements with the Electrical Contractor, phasing of the project, model in required content, perform clash detection/resolution with other trades, and develop coordination drawings for a successful project.

Employed at Carolina Engineering Solutions as an Electrical Design Project Manager, we provided Power, Lighting, Underground and overhead raceway coordination for Fountain Electric along with developing electrical coordination drawings. Trimble system was utilized for hanger placement for overhead raceway systems. 

Boeing Decorative Paint Facility-Charleston, SC
180,000sqf. 
While employed at ELDECO Electrical Contractors was lead Electrical Design Engineer tasked with modeling in Power, Cable tray system, underground and overhead raceway, along with developing electrical coordination drawings.
